I'd have given this place five stars but dang, you can't get any alcohol in Utah apparently & I need Margaritas with my Mexicano! I'm from California for cryin out loud! That said, as soon as I tasted the salsa & (warm) chips I knew I was in for a treat, fantastic. My husband had Chili Relleno, his "go-to" dish & he couldn't stop showing me how beautifully it was prepared, he loved it. My shredded chicken taco & bean & cheese burrito were excellent. When the beans are great, you can't go wrong. My husband WAS able to get a 3.2 Dos Equis, oh joy!

The food:good, the portions:MASSIVE! Came here as a lunch break on our way up to Wyoming from Bryce before the 110 mile stretch of nothingness. Ordered two entrees, fajitas and a burrito - WAY too much food for 2 people. Fajitas were killer, burrito was smothered and meh. Nice enough service. Would come back but order one entree between two.

I got the mole and I did not expect it to actually taste like mole. the sauce was AWESOME. the chicken was dry Dry DRY. sawdust.. but did I eat it? yeah! did I like it? yeah I'd say so. a good sauce will usually remedy any poorly cooked meat. bae got huevos rancheros and asked for the eggs sunny side and runny. they were very very very hard but he seemed to like them anyway. he is just the best for not complaining or being overly critical. food is the second best in the area. not bad not great. I'd probably eat here again and get something else instead of the chicken.

I would rate the food as great. Massive servings so expect to take home a doggy bag! Friendly fast service and reasonable prices. It seems like a popular restaurant, Monday night and they had many tables.
